Well, here we bring a new adventure for D & D 4th Edition: The Legacy of Baelard.
Baelard's Legacy is an adventure for characters level 10 º -12 º. Because the action is almost entirely underground, can be used in any campaign, including the scar of Chaos.
generations ago (or centuries, depending on the scenario), the Library of Bosquealto was a small learning center run by priests Ioun and scholars. Being invited to study or teach in this remote and isolated institution, was an honor of a lifetime, and be buried in the catacombs under the library was the reward for a lifetime of knowledge.
Tragically, a scholar named Ulferth fell under the influence of a demon who served Kyuss. In his madness, Ulferth attracted a horde of nightmarish creatures from the deep. The offspring of Kyuss invaded the library, and no one ran away to tell the world what took place there.
One of the scholars-Baelard the Ombudsman, survived much longer than the rest. Baelard was a human who had spent the first half of his life as a warrior before giving up the life of a mercenary to become the Defender of the library, the man responsible for security. Recorded what he knew about the horrors trapped in the catacombs below the library and left clues about how they could be defeated.
